A visitor evaluating a services firm looks for results, and finding none is reasonable grounds for suspicion. The absence here has a specific cause and it is worth stating plainly.

The record published on the About page is the founder's own engagement history. Those four are named, dated, and cleared for publication. No result anywhere on this site is attributed to Bastion the firm, because the firm is new and has not produced one yet.

The distinction matters

Firms routinely blur founder history into firm capability, and the blur is usually invisible to a buyer. A founder who ran a market entry that produced contracts at speed has demonstrated something real. What they have demonstrated is about them, and about a market, and about a moment. Presenting it as the firm's track record claims more than the evidence supports.

What happens when results exist

They go through the same five checks as any other claim. Source, period, measurement method, permission status, founder approval. Client work belongs to the client, and their willingness to be named is a separate question from whether the number is accurate.

Until then the site is thinner than it could be. A buyer who needs proof of firm-level outcomes before engaging is right to wait, and we would rather they waited than were persuaded by something assembled for the purpose.
