Engagement

Signal

A quantified diagnosis. It is where every engagement starts, because nothing designed after it should rest on an assumption.

What it is

  1. 01

    What it produces

A scored baseline of where your commercial system stands against the buyer you actually have — position, offer, sales process and buyer journey, each measured rather than described.

  2. 02

    What we do

Evidence intake first: what you already know, what the market shows, what your buyers actually said. Then opportunities are scored against that evidence, not against our instinct.

  3. 03

    What you leave with

The baseline, a validation plan with a horizon on it, and a recorded decision. All of it yours, whether or not you engage us for anything after it.

What it is not

  • A proposal dressed as an audit.
  • A score with no method attached to it.

Whether this is the right rung

Worth it if

  • You suspect the commercial system is what is failing, but cannot yet name which part of it.
  • You would rather buy a measurement than a plan, and decide afterwards.
  • You want something you keep regardless of whether you engage us again.

Not yet, if

  • You already hold a recent diagnosis with evidence behind it. Bring that instead.
  • You need leads this quarter. A diagnosis is a slower instrument than that, and we will say so.
  • What is actually breaking is delivery rather than selling.

If the second column describes you, say so in the request and we will point you at the rung that fits — or tell you that none of them does.

Ask whether Signal is the right rung.

It often is not, and we will say so. The diagnosis is what decides it.

Sent straight to the two people who answer it. No autoresponder sequence, no call centre.
