What this site collects

The request form collects what you type into it: what you are asking for, your business name and website if you give them, your name, and an email address or phone number. Nothing else.

Analytics and tracking

This site counts page views, and that is the whole of it. The counter runs on our own server at our own address, so nothing about your visit is sent to another company. It sets no cookie, assigns you no identifier that survives the day, and cannot follow you to any other site. It records the page, the referring site, and the country, browser and device type your request already announces. It does not record your IP address, and it stops entirely if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

There are no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. We added the counter in September 2026, having previously carried nothing at all, because a firm that sells measured baselines should be able to measure its own.

What we do with a request

A founder reads it and replies. It is not sold, shared or added to a list. Ask us to delete it and it is deleted.

Cookies

None are set by this site. The page counter described above is cookieless, which is why there is no consent banner in front of it.

This site is information, not an offer

Nothing here is a quotation or a contract. Scope, fee, limitations and the exit path for an engagement are set out in a written proposal and the agreement that follows it. Where the two differ, the agreement governs.

Engagement names

The engagement names on this site are provisional while a naming review is outstanding. The functions they describe are not provisional.

Claims

We state only what we can source. Where a stronger word is not supported by evidence we use a weaker one and say so. If you find a statement on this site we cannot support, tell us and we will correct or remove it.

What we have built for

Keyboard operation throughout, visible focus, text that meets contrast requirements against its background, headings in order, labelled controls, and a request form that works with JavaScript switched off.

If something does not work

Tell us through the request form and describe what you were trying to do. An accessibility fault is treated as a defect, not a feature request.
