How we work
AI automates production, not decision-making or execution that requires judgment.
One rule governs every delivery pod in both lines. It is an allocation rule: it decides which work a machine does and which work a person does, and it is the reason the model produces a result rather than a volume of output.
The three stages
- 01
The production layer
Research, content execution, lead qualification, appointment-booking and CRM routing. High volume, rule-governed, and always finishing at a defined completion state — “ready” means something specific, not something a machine felt. This is the layer where AI genuinely substitutes for headcount.
Automated
- 02
The transition
Not a handoff point but a zone. A ready opportunity moves to appropriately-scaled sales resourcing: outside sales, a remote rep or a junior seat. The entry sale does not require the firm’s most capable people, so it is not given to them.
Scaled to the sale
- 03
Value realisation
Once the entry sale closes, the most capable people take over, and their job is to expand it into whatever actually solves the client’s real problem. This is where the scarce resource — skilled judgment — is deliberately spent.
Most senior people
- 04
Co-seats
Every human role is paired with an AI partner scoped to that specific seat, rather than a shared department serving everyone generically. We run this internally, and it is built for you as a deliverable during onboarding.
Paired, one to one
We do not sell AI adoption. We sell buyer adaptation.Bastion, standing doctrine
What that means for you
You can see where the machine stops
Every pod states which seats are production and which are judgment. If you cannot tell which is which, the system is not governed — it is just fast.
Nothing is decided by a completion state
A machine can mark work finished. It cannot decide whether finishing it was the right call. That distinction is written into how the pods are built.
The system is handed over legibly
What was built, why, and how to run it is written down. A system only we can operate is a dependency we have sold you, not an asset you own.
The standard of evidence
- Claims
- Sourced or not statedA claim reaches a client-facing surface only with a source, a period, a measurement method, a permission status and founder approval behind it.
- Language
- The weaker word, deliberatelyWhere evidence does not support a stronger term we use “hypothesis” or “working thesis” and say which.
- Results
- Not published yetReal engagements exist. None has cleared its permission check, so none is named — including the ones that would flatter us.

The diagnosis comes first, and it decides what the pods need to be.
