The Bastion suite
Product Identity
Every unit with its own identity, tracked stop by stop from the factory to its owner, and a page the owner opens with a phone camera.
What it does
- One identity per unitA QR label on every unit and box, NFC on high-value units and shop-built assemblies, RFID on pallets, totes and van bins. Every scan resolves to the same record.
- Production and inventoryThe shop’s work in progress by station, each build’s components, test results and cost roll-up, and stock by location — warehouse bins, the shop, every van, in transit.
- The order’s journey, mappedEvery stop an order makes, from the plant to the customer. Agents estimate work in progress, stage timelines and delivery from where the order is and what its scans report.
- Shipments and retail activationProof of delivery with the scan, the place, the time and the photo. At the counter, an activation scan logs a unit as sold, and a map shows where units sell.
- The passport“Genuine”, who installed it and when, the warranty in words, how to care for it, how to get help and how to reorder the right part. Scan with any phone camera — no app.
Where it will not guess
- It will not call an unknown code genuineNor value a unit with no cost basis, ship a build with an open or failed test, transfer ownership without the owner’s confirmation, start a warranty without an install or sale record, or show an owner’s personal details on a passport. Scans not yet synced show as waiting, never as synced.
