Sales — call intelligence
Every lead on a clock. Every call read against your playbook.
150–200%higher close rates
What it does
- A clock on every leadIt starts when the lead arrives — web form, email or phone — and stops at the first real conversation. Measured on every lead, not sampled.
- A brief before every callFit against your own tests, public research with its sources, and the opener to say first. If nothing public is found, the brief says so.
- Calls, readRecorded with notice, transcribed, and read by AI against your playbook: how far the call got, the objections and how they were handled, the techniques used and missed. The rep’s own score sits beside the analysis, and the AI’s score stays hidden until the rep files theirs. If someone objects to the recording, the call carries on unrecorded and the rep logs it by hand on the scorecard.
- Coaching between callsEvery hour, the one fix that matters most, the line to say, and whether last hour’s fix held.
- A scorecard reps can act onDials, conversations, past the opener, got to the ask, booked — each against the lines your sales lead set.
What you decide
- Your rulesThe first-call window and what counts as a call; your stages and stall rules; the brief’s sections and fit tests; your playbook (goals, questions, openers, techniques); targets for the business and each rep; your recording-consent policy.
Where it will not guess
- No playbook, no analysisNo first-call window, no clock. A claim with no record behind it stays off the slide. A person the system can’t link to a rep sees no one’s numbers. Recordings are fetched only from hosts you allow.
