Signal, Foundry, Watch, Keep, Capital and Council are working names. A naming review is outstanding, and some of them will change.
Saying so on the site is unusual and it costs a little credibility on first read. The alternative is presenting a provisional taxonomy as settled, which costs more the first time a client notices a name has quietly changed between the proposal and the engagement.
What is not provisional
What each rung covers, what it excludes, where it sits in the sequence, and which ones require an existing relationship. Those are decided. A client buying Signal is buying a diagnosis that produces a scored baseline, whatever the diagnosis ends up being called.
The same reasoning applies elsewhere on this site. Where something is unsettled, it is marked unsettled, and the reader can weigh it accordingly.
